For enquiries about proofreading and copy editing services, please use this form. I work with professionals and students on a range of documents - from reports and website content to essays and dissertations.

My copy editing service includes proofreading corrections, so you’ll never pay twice. If you choose copy editing, I will correct spelling, grammar, punctuation and will also improve flow, sentence structure and style consistency (I provide ‘light’ copy editing for students; please refer to Editing for Students.) Proofreading is for surface errors only, whilst copy editing provides a more in-depth service in one package.

If you have particular needs or would prefer a specific communication style, please feel free to mention this when getting in touch. I am committed to making the editing process as accessible, respectful, and supportive as possible.

Lfp editorial studio - terms of service

By submitting an enquiry through this website, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Service Scope

    LFP Editorial Studio provides proofreading and copy editing services for professionals; proofreading and light copy editing services for students. I do not write, rewrite, paraphrase, or generate content on your behalf. For student work, it is your responsibility to ensure that use of editorial services complies with your institution’s academic regulations.

  2. Payment Terms

    Full payment is required in advance of any work commencing. Once I have reviewed your project details and provided a quotation, I will issue an invoice for the agreed amount. Upon receipt of payment, I will confirm your booking and begin work on your document.

  3. Turnaround Times

    Turnaround times are provided in good faith but are dependent on the timely provision of all necessary materials and information from the client.

  4. Client Responsibility

    Clients remain responsible for the final content of their documents. I will work with care and attention, but the client is responsible for reviewing and accepting final edits.

  5. Confidentiality

    All documents and client details will be treated with strict confidentiality. Your work will not be shared, published, or discussed outside the scope of the service.

  6. Document Retention Policy

    I retain client documents for a period of 30 days following final delivery. This allows for any follow-up queries or clarification. After this period, all files are securely deleted from my systems. If you would prefer for your documents to be deleted immediately after delivery, please let me know when placing your order.

    Please note: I do not retain copies of your documents beyond this period. I recommend that you keep your own copy for your records.

  7. Right to decline

    I reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside my areas of service, or that raise ethical concerns.
